Research the lemon laws in your state....
Save all your receipts - document EVERY conversation and svc request...

may be applicable as I would define a water leak as a 'critical' issue... good luck.

The problem is my Q7 was built 05/2006, out of warranty

most likely the entire sunroof+track must be replaced along with drains.

It took THREE entire track replacements for mine not to leak.
