Q7 is a minivan with car doors especially with the "captain's chairs".

The only truly unique things I see on the spec list from the linked article are the red brake calipers and black exhaust tips (yawn) and the Adaptive Cruise. That second item is interesting, as you can't get Adaptive Cruise on the Q7 for 2015 - believe me, I tried!

It sounds like they're already built, so I guess that means color selections will be minimal, and there may not be a way to get the B&O audio system.

Funny you say that. That's the one thing my wife wants - captain's chairs! The reason we "have" to get rid of the Q7. I looked into the GM products (Tahoe, Yukon, etc) because they all have captains chairs, but laughed when I saw MSRP.

I would go with the extended leather, but pretty sure that's not exclusive to this either as you can get that package in the "non Sports Edition" MY15.

Yep - we've got it as part of the Luxury Package (Ext Leather and Alcantara headliner) on our 2015 3.0T. Still wish it was the old full leather package with the stitched leather dash cover, but that was really pricey...

That's exactly what happened to me. I was bamboozled by my dealership into thinking that the package was going to cost 12k and so ended up purchasing that day and not waiting for the limited package which is only $5,900 with a $7,250 audi kickback incentive.

Audi North Houston has 2 in stock. Pics are up on their website, but nothing special in my opinion other than the red calipers. Carbon Fiber inlays, too. Says "Quattro" on the bottom of the passenger doors.
