The A8, A6 do. I am installing a dension gateway 500 and need to know.

I'm guessing yes, as the Dension in mine is effectively seen as an additional input aiui.

I think I also read that you can use the Dension to connect a DVD player so you can use the screen etc

I've got the Dension and the CD changer is still functional, so it must be yes.

Default A couple of question

Did you install it?. Can you change from CD to dension by the Audi Audio controls or you have to turn it off and restart engine?.

Default I got it installed...

via my Audi dealer in the UK. The CD changer just comes up as CD 10 or whatever depending on how many playlists you have. It's probably not as precise as the Audi set up but it works very well. All works through MMI

What Ashleey said - mine was installed by Richter Sport - they charged £50 to install it (I'm in Kent, UK, they're in Milton Keynes, which is about 60 miles away
