I would think the passenger side fit is correct since you should have access to the power point. I guess they could have offered a cut out as they did for the tie downs.

I bought one from www.weathertech.com it fits a little better on the sides, but with the middle row reclined, it pushes the mat back far enough that hatch catches and folds/distorts the lip of the mat.

My OEM mat is crap. It slides aft and in interferes with the rear hatch's latching mechanism. It got so bad that I cut a bit of the mat out to prevent this from happening. Now it just looks ghetto. I'll be ordering a Weather Tech mat sometime soon.

If you need to open up the third row, does this weathertech mat roll up and easily store behind the seats?

Looks great!

@EJPlasticman unfortunately no. There is a cargo mat where all 3 rows are up for $109.95.

Mine is for when the third row is collapsed.

Default How do you roll up the 5-seater cargo mat when you are in 7-seater mode?

I have the larger cargo mat which fits when in 5-seater mode, but once I flip up the 3rd row, that cargo mat doesn't want to play nicely (since the side walls are one piece). Wondering if anyone has trimmed a slit/slot/v-notch where the bottom backing of the 3rd row would intersect with the floor of the trunk to make it more pliable?

Or would the smarter thing to have done is to buy the smaller 7-seater mode cargo mat and use a beach towel to cover up the backsides of the 3rd row seats when they are folded down?

The Weathertech cargo liner used to be in two pieces so you could remove the front piece when you needed 7 seats. I don't know when or why they changed. The link below has a pic:
