Engine problem
Hi
Does anyone have any information on a 2007 Q7 V6. When you first start the engine. Then drive there is a hesitation.Then when it is worm it goes away.I did notice that the coolant is low.Is there a problem with this engine leaking coolant in the cylinder head.Please give me any information on this if anyone is having this problem thanks.

I have a 4.2 motor. I had hesitation when the car was cold. I talked to the service manager and he said that "they all do that". Finally the check engine light came on. It turned out that the air intake flap motors were bad. They were replaced under warranty. The car drives like it is brand new. No hesitation whatsoever.

Nameslot, This has happened twice this week to my wife. Both of the times the start was sluggish and both time a message came up about coolant! It has been in the teens and single digits here in KC. Did you do anything about this or did it go away?
