Default first oil change '15 Q7 tdi

Have been gone for last 6 months, so wife has been around home with her new 2015 Q7. Finally has enough miles for first oil change.
Was a little surprised that I can not find factory manual from Bentley. It is the first thing I normally do when I get a car or truck. Anyone have the solution?
Tried oil evacuation from dipstick tube, but only got 5 litres that way, so had to remove second underbody cover to pull drain plug. While down there, decided to put SOMETHING for engine pre-heat in. Bought a 125W Temro tiny pad, but even with all paint off of a hot sump and some pre-heat of the pad, it didn't stick worth a hoot. I ended up using high temp siliicone, will see how that lasts.
Brings up the question: where do those with 120VAC stuff under the hood get the power cord out to the front of the car????

Not a regular around here, but unfortunately a liflelong VW/Audi/Porsche addict, so let me contribute something I JUST found:

factory manual in pdf format available (cheap) from: easymanuals.co.uk

Only problem is that you will have to tolerate presence of diesel engines we could not buy in North America
