They verified the vehicle registration, my drivers license and the mileage. Vehicle has to be present for the dealership to verify.

Did mine about an hour ago. They asked for VISA cards, DL, and reg. SA went out to Q7 to verify odometer. He knows me but said Audi requires they make a copy of DL and reg to send in to them along with odo reading. The entire process took less than 5 mins.

Does anyone think I could get this for a Jan 8th 2016 purchase? I know it is past their deadline but it was before the goodwill package was announced.

They had/have a stop sale. How did you purchase your Q7 in January?

Used from the dealer...it was a CPO but I was not given the CPO paperwork and they removed the indicator from the service files.

Just try registering on the website and see what happens.

This was my experience at Fletcher Jones in Chicago yesterday - very smooth.

Activated everything ok. Just waiting for service to finish up and I'll pay with the dealer card. Everything was easy/smooth.

I thought the stop sale prevented Audi dealers from selling any TDI, new or used. If the vehicle was sold after the stop sales was implemented, it sounds like something is amiss here?

Not at all. It was a stop sale against new and CPO sales. Some dealers may have taken the guidance the wrong way from Audi and stopped all sales of TDI vehicles, but that was not how it was presented to them.
