I might be a bit biased because I have an Orca black without the virtual cockpit, but I prefer the analog dash. In regards to the lights, the Xenons are brighter than the non matrix LEDs, but I still prefer the look of the LED. Side by side LED are noticeably whiter though they don't project as far.

Somehow I was not impressed with the LED light output. While good enough it didn't do as good a job as I thought it would or could. High beams I would say are average too. Now as for the "all weather lights". I think of them mostly as cornering lights as that's what they light up and not so much in the front of the vehicle.

I have P+ w/o the virtual cockpit and LEDs. I'm glad I didn't get them. To me the VC is like an digital watch: Cool for a minute but not timeless like a mechanical watch. Every day when I look at my dash, I'm glad I have classic gauges with the smaller digital screen.
As for the headlights - the xenon seem fine to me and when I test drove the LEDs, I didn't think they were much different.

I share your sentiment Pete and find them more than adequate. So much so that I have already purchased a set for my own conversion. At this point the only thing i have to do is figure out the coding and take the front end off.
