I've had a spare along with an OEM jack for the Audi for sale in the classified for months now. Its not OEM but I bought it from Tire Rack. Its an aftermarket 18" wheel with correct offset and an appropriate size tire that's the same diameter as the 21s on the Prestige I just sold. I placed it in the trunk with the third seat folded and only used it for long trips or when towing my enclosed trailer, I would place it in the trailer. Just to have peace of mind when traveling. If you have a Prestige with 21" wheels, you most likely do not have run-flats on your car.
