Found a used Q7. How much should I pay?
My local dealer has a 2017 Q7 Prestige service loaner for sale. 4500 miles with an MSRP of $74.5k.
KBB has the price at around $62k. The salesman said he thought it would be closer to $67k.

KBB is not an accurate measure of a car's value, certainly not with one so fresh as the Q7 - there just haven't been enough used sales to narrow the pricing. The final price will lie between the area that KBB and your dealer have staked out, depending on leverage/need.
How close is it optioned to what you want? Consider that you could order one for 3-6% off MSRP, but will have to wait a few months for it to arrive. 5% is $3600 off a $74.5k Q7, and a representative cost would be around $71k.
You could save $4-6k off the new price ($65-67k) and get it now, versus ordering new. Only you can answer which is more appealing.

Negotiate, negotiate. Remember its a loaner, driven by a 100 people (45 miles average each sounds about right), and people drive these loaners hard so they can see what the car can do. He may want 67k for it, but its not worth it for me at that price. I'd rather buy new and pay a grand more

I bought a 2016 Q5 TDI service loaner with 2800 miles in August. MSRP was $54,750 plus it had full paint protective film on hood, front fenders, front bumper cover, mirrors, door handle openings, rear bumper, etc. I paid $47,000. I think that was 86% of MSRP or about 14.2% discount.
It was optioned precisely as I wanted - TDI, Prestige Plus, white exterior, black interior. It even has a factory towing hitch receiver which I would not have chosen but might come in handy. The new unused cargo rack and Audi floor mats were in the car.

Its a beautiful vehicle, and optioned just like mine. Better to order it if you cant get a steal on this car. BTW, Audi dealers are not moving much on price because these things are moving well due to the very positive reviews, and also because its hands down the best and most modern SUV in its segment.
But if I were you, I'd have to get a steal to buy a loaner. In my opinion, suck it up and buy new for $1-2k more unless you get this for $60k. There's nothing like driving off in a vehicle that has only 5 miles on it...
