Probably.

I want A/S as we rarely get any snow here in ABQ; however, I want better traction than summer tires if I decide to run to CO, or get caught in a snow storm on my way back from Vegas in the winter.

Nope - A/S Tires for the last 3 leases and they've worked fine.

I run the 21” sport rims and tires and run 18” tire rack rims and Bridgestone blizzaks.

I don’t understand why people would get 21s and run all season.

Guess enough people do for the market to exist in the first place, and some of us want 21s.

18”?!? I run 20” winters and they are as small as I’d consider on the new Q7.

We're actually considering a place in CO...I'm thinking about a set of these: https://www.tirerack.com/cart/HoldingArea.jsp

Please re-post the direct link to the set of tires rather than the "cart" (which is empty) -- am curious to see what you're considering. Tnx.

Region plays a huge role in this decision. While I would consider such a setup if I were to own the car, it's not worth the hassle of storage, the additional cost of winter tires/rims for the amount of snow/ice we get in PA (we've been pretty fortunate the last few years) during lease for me.
