I see you have both the 2016 XC90 and the 2017 Q7. How do you compare your experience with the two, from a design, built quality and reliability?

I am still shopping and started with looking at the XC90 which I really liked but have been reading about people's experiences with both build quality and reliability. Seems like a lot of new owners have had problems with significant failures of components and systems. That's been a red flag for me.

I am now looking at the Q7 which the 2017 model looks really nice and appears to have much better build quality and reliability. I don't want to spend $70k and have it sitting in the shop or worse on the side of the road.
