Is pre sense city standard in Canadian-spec cars?

Is pre sense city standard in Canadian-spec cars?
Audi Canada's website is vague in this respect, probably on purpose in order to upsell more expensive driver assistance systems. No where in any of their literature is Pre Sense City even mentioned. Anyone know?
