How do they feel on dry highways at sped compared to OEMs?

Don’t they use conical seat bolts? The OEMs are hemispherical...

Swapped 21" RS Wheels Eagle F1 RFTs Summer Tires to 18" winter wheels set (I know I went with cheaper option..). Ride is good, used stock lugs. Oversized brake calipers look good on these in person. Stored the Tire Pressure setting in MMI.
A simple swap worked great, no DAP/ACC camera calibration done, and no issues with DAP or Lane assist. Some pics my Q7 running at 70k miles attached.

yep no complaints going 18s but traction control kicks in more often when making Quick turns
