Default Rear Calipers

Anyone thought about upgrading the sliding caliper to a more robust fixed caliper (with more pad surface)? Brakes are fine, no issue, but I intend on doing a decent amount of towing. Fronts are certainly robust, rears are just a bit wimpy on a relative basis. Haven't looked to see if Euro SQ7 has a different rear caliper. Anyone?

do you have trailer brakes? that is how I try to stop my trailer instead of using the car to do it.
