They're nuts, although I would love to see it sell for that. I posted info about this a few months ago, and there is a picture of the complete set in my picture album here. If it were complete, it would come with an assortment of bands, case and manual. The one in the auction has the German date. There is also an English version, which I have. No, I'm not selling it.
