Default Boost problem still not fixed. Please help with analysis of log comparison (more inside)

This is the second time I've logged, but the first time I've posted the logs. Please let me know if I've done anything incorrectly. I also posted a substantially similar post on the B5/S4 forum. Also, thx to Tom (nt2old4ns4) for helping me out with all of this again.

Here is a link to the first post: https://forums.audiworld.com/rockymtn/msgs/74907.phtml

The blue lines represent the first time I logged right after putting in an APR chip. The pink lines represent the latest log that I did.

After the first logs, Nigel suggested that I had a boost leak and O2's on their way out. So, I changed the O2's, and actually used Tom's O2's which he believes were working well. You can see the difference between the two in the O2 voltage log below. I also fixed what seemed to be a boost leak after pressure testing.

The main issue is that I am still getting low boost. Also, I'm not sure if Tom's O2's are in fact working to their full capacity.

Obviously, this was at altitude, the car has a Milltek exhaust and APR chip. The ambient temp during the first runs (blue lines) was ~64. The ambient temp during the second runs was ~68. The first runs were conducted up and down a bit of an incline. The second runs were conducted on a very slight incline.

Any help/analysis would be appreciated.

Default my car was doing the exact same thing (fluxuating boost, low #'s and running lean) last winter...

It ended up being a boost leak (my bipipe had a small pin sized hole in it). I'm pretty sure you still have a leak somewhere...what psi did you pressure test to? It could be a small leak at higher pressure (>10psi), you never know. But my logs looked very similar to yours. Try making some runs with your MAF unplugged, could also be a bad sensor?

Just a suggestion, you may be able to find my threads if you search...

K, I'll stfa for your posts. We pressure tested to 15psi. Should I be getting higher boost?

Also, should I go higher on the psi for the pressure test?

Default here's some logs too

Log 002-031

Log 002-115-118

Log 003-020-026

I was def running lean with high CF's, had to find out where the extra air was going it was that or my MAF sensor was fouled...unplug your sensor first and log it to see. What box are you? Someone may be able to meet up and let you use their MAF if yours if junk

LMK if you need anything else man...

Default Is it a 1 bar chip?

If it is, you're getting the proper amount of boost.

The GIAC chip in my old S4 was a 1.3bar chip, but the most I ever saw out of it here at altitude was ~16psi, about 2-3psi lower than if I was at sea level...
