Denver area peeps.....
How is the job market in the area? I currently work in the mortgage lending biz, but i'm open to other options too. How is the job market up there for the type?
I have plans to eventually end up there, just not sure when, (estimate-12 mos)..I'm originally a rocky mtn boy so i miss the mountains too much to stay in texas forever....just want a feeler for the area..i've visited a few times and loved the area. Thanks.

Co. has the highest forclosure rate in the country, 4 counties in the top 10............
Highlands Ranch area has something like 1800 homes in foreclosure and several thousand more heading that way.

The realestate biz is probably a year away from bottoming out
This means in a year, there should probably be new apps for mortgage loans. I'm no expert though.

you'd do pretty well around here in the realestate biz, you just have to be willing to work harder then the next guy. the mountains are a goldmine too btw
