How to get arrested by Wyo. Highway Patrol.....
Get clocked in an M5 at 154 mph on a wide open stretch of I-25. Happened sometime Weds. afternoon, the car is sitting in impound in Sheridan, Wyo.. The impound lot is part of a tow company that also does heavy truck repair, while they were fixing my trailer tire today, I noticed this sweet M5 sitting inside a fenced area.
According to the owner of the tow company, seems the driver was a little on the aggresive side with the go pedal. Wyo. trooper clocked him with Laser south of Buffalo, Wyo. The only smart thing the guy did was shut it down as soon as he saw the troopers car with it's lights on. Has Washington state plates on it, and what looks like a Hammann body kit similar to one I have seen in the Euro car mags.

But when Wyoming has roads like this..... how can you not go ludicrous speed?
Part of this road is in Utah & then goes into Wyoming near the bottom of the hill.

Been there done that... in Sheridan WY no less, just not the arrested part.
Got nabbed going 95ish in a 75, $200 ticket. Ouch.
I spaced and didn't slow down when I got close to town, and sure enough....
Moral of the story: slow down when you go thru Sheridan, or make a $contribution$ to the local economy.

FOOL! If you're already at 154 give it teh throttle and peace on the Trooper
I got caught at 103 in a 70 in Minnesota (wide open stretch on a Sun afternoon before you flame me) and sat 30 days in county thanks to a jackass judge. After that the couple times I got nailed at over 100 I fled.
FYI: Crown Vic can only do 135 and the Caprice does 155 or so.
