My letter to the ACNA BoD
This election is tainted, plain and simple. My concerns and questions are in the link. I hope the BoD will discuss this at length, both this evening as well as this coming weekend and understand the multiple flaws and questions of conflict contained therein and decide the only outcome is to start the process over...

My complaint

Bravo! Thank you for stepping up to the plate on this.
Some people will brand you a whiner, but looking at the facts there is a great cause for concern about how this election has been run.

Yah think?...
I'd say collecting monies for a specific cause and then refusing to turn the monies over to that cause would be reason for a "Chapter Review".
Or is it that with the possibility of Kasim's election to the National Board that the "problem" can "just go away"...
Care to explain?

Then why did the ACNA send a "leter of financial inquiry" to the RMC?
From the September 30th minutes(go look for yourself!):
"Letter of financial inquiry sent to the Rocky Mountain Chapter president, Kasim Esmail based on a letter from Jim Juliano, ACNA Counsel advisor regarding fund raising for track development support"
No wonder you don't care to explain since Kasim is running in the National Election. Were you counting on his vote on the ACNA BoD to "clear" things with the ACNA?

If you have a problem with the RMC then why don't you take it up with
whomever you think caused "said problem" IN PRIVATE! This public bashing of our chapters reps. on this forum is out of line, especially of someone who is a "president" of another chapter. You posted your letter with ACNA now go argue with them.

Please don't put words in my mouth or insinuations.
I'll be happy to let the members know what's going on once we've answered ACNA's questions.
I'm confident that no wrong doing occured by RMC's current members.
