Typical tire life on the beast.

Typical tire life on the beast.
Just wondering, I bought new tires about 4k miles ago and they already seem to be wearing a good bit. This is with rotation every 1k miles.
I don't drive around corners hard, and obviously no wheel spin on this beast. Am I looking at 10-15k miles till new rubber?
Thanks for any input.

16K on my last set and that was to the chords on the inner edge. There is rather agressive camber
on these things and the inner edge goes fast while the parts you can see without the car on a lift or crawling under it look ok still. Uneven wear is the name of the game. I got a little less on my first set of PS2s as I tracked it more.

Two weeks ago I pressed my face against the road to look at my PS2s
with 14k on them, and they are bald on the inside edge. MFing camber. They tried to adjust it all the way when I installed these....but to no avail. I may try another brand this time around.

Its not the tire its the setup.
I've worn through PS2's and Dunlops exactly the same on the front inside edge... and
15k is not unusual mileage. I think I got 20 on the original Dunlops, which sucked...

I've got about 20k on GY F1 GS-D3's and may get another 3-5k out of them. My experience with my S8 was that you have rotate early and often. Never more than 5k between rotations. Mine have been closer to 3k. That at least spreads the wear out a little more evenly.
