Default 2016 RS7 OBD2 Port

Does anyone know where the OBD2 port is located? I want to bring the car to the track with Harry's Laptimer App...thanks.

If you need it, the OBDII port is under the steering column. If you don't need it, it's still under the steering column.

The OBD II port was not visible under the steering column. Do I need to take a cover off? I am looking for the port so I can plug in my bluetooth Go Point BT1 and access vehicle data with my laptimer app while I drive on the track. Any advice?

Thanks.

IMHO, the legal agreement for all auto firms is that the OBD II connecter must be located on the driver side and close to the door in ALL cars

Found it. Not sure how I missed it before. It's a visible red colored port, without a cover or panel, located in the footwell above the brake and to the left.

Thank you.
