I'm asking because I was going to put TTS mirrors on my ibis TT, but I want it to look like a TT, not a TTS (mainly cause for the last few years with my B7 S4, I hated poser with an A4 putting them on)... I'm doing the wheels up in a titanium and I think the mirrors would look great that color, but I'm assuming (and I know I shouldn't)... but don't the titanium mirrors have that aluminized appearance like the S mirrors? The few times I around an RS4's the mirrors were the last thing I was looking at. I just want to find out if there's a way to copy that sort of finish.

Kind of hard to tell from the picture, though, exactly how the finish is. It's more of a matte/flat finish than the RS4 silver mirrors.

It's pretty much the same finish as on the wheels.

The paint shop waid it was going to be next to impossible to recreate that finish exactly. They thought they could get it close, but not a perfect match for other ti parts i may have bought from Audi direct. So beware if trying to match up to stock stuff.

If so... he even said the color he matched was that of the rear valance and it was just a regular paint... I've talked to him about it. If what you're showing is someone elses..whose?

I was really more curious if the rs4 titanium mirrors had more of that sheen the S mirrors that I'm used to have... which are cold to the touch, but you know aren't real aluminum (my S4 mirros are like that and my euro RS4 steering wheel is the same way)... that's what I want to reproduce if possible.
