He has done a lot of the mods on my car, including boost gauge, turbo timer, V1 hardwire, NAV/DVD player, etc. Always very professional and great attention to detail.
I've seen those exact HID's and they are top notch. Ballasts are VERY small and weather-proof. He is on the B5 A4 forums if you want to look him up.

if you read the description, he states install is $90 and he charge that afer the customer is satisfied with it. So looks like he is bundling his labor on this. Smart, gotta make a living, markup on the light is probably slim.
