Anyone know anything about the MTM exhaust (other than the fact that it is expensive as hell)

You might want to page miketayloy01 on the B7 S4 forum. He's an American living in Germany and...
He owns a B7 S4 with the MTM exhaust. Perhaps he can give you some info on it. Although not the same car maybe the exhausts are close enough in design that he can give you some perspective on it.
I know he as visited MTM several times and got some work done on his B7 S4 by them. I'm pretty sure he as seen B7 RS4s with their exhaust.

It was on the supercharged RS4 Clubsport I reviewed. Cool System. Has an electronic remote control
for the rear baffles. Can be mild, or flat out loud...but that was with downpipes too.

I have installed both MTM and Milltek Exhausts and I would Have 2 say...
The Milltek is probably the nicest one of the aftermarket bunch-other than MTM...
The MTM exhaust when you compare them side to side, is MUCH nicer, the build quality is superb and the sound is deeper. It costs more but this is a case of apples and oranges..
