Default You may have one of the cars to have a clutch issue. Go to

The link below and you will find some information on the same issue that some of the European cars are having. Someone posted a similar issue a few weeks ago on our board. I referred him to the same site and he seemed happy with the info. Sorry but bad luck on your part, I would bring it back to the dealer. My condolences on the door ding and now the apparent warrantee work all in the same week.<ul><li><a href="http://www.rs246.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&amp;file=viewtopic&amp;t=5 3724">http://www.rs246.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&amp;file=viewtopic&amp;t=5 3724</a</li></ul>

Default do you know what the result was. I am breaking my car in per the manual. I am not a member

of rs246.com so I cant post there and I dont feel like registering. Should I just bring it back to the dealer?

It is a issue for the dealer to sort out. Look back two to four weeks for the post here.

Default I seem to remember that his was severe, could not shift the car once clutch got hot

He said it would resolve itself after the car cooled off for over one hour. I think you need to get it looked at before you find yourself stuck in one gear.

Default ok scheduled service for tomorrow morning! But I need help...

how to I get the clutch to do that again. The service guy was like make sure its happening when you bring it in. Do you know of a link where I can get a service bulletin or something telling them the problem exists? Or something that tells them audi has fixed this problem before? Any help would be appreciated to avoid the usualy service advisor answer of "could not replicate the problem."

Default same issues people on RS246 are having

found this post form yesterday on rs246:
http://www.rs246.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&amp;file=viewtopic&amp;t=5 4673
looks like this is a problem that Audi should be aware of - if they are not, anyone have the email address for the AOA RS4 brand manager?

Default clutch hydraulic pipe manufacturing defect

whatever that is - it seems that that was the problem with the UK car - the pipe was too small - perhaps the dealer should start there first. Would love to hear the outcome as I have an order in (who know when it will arrive) and want to make sure I know more about the car than the dealer!
cheers
