first US-spec RS4, perhaps.
looking at the registry, the first car listed is VIN 005, which is Avus, and cars of similar color seem to be built in small groups....or at least they're assigned VIN in small groups of the same color.

Sounds like BS just trying to get you to buy.
Hint: some salesmen lie to sell cars. Not all do, but enough do to give the good guys a bad name by association. The guys frequenting this forum who happen to sell cars know their **** and are, of course, excepted.
