IT IS AN APRIL FOOL'S JOKE! I saw the "Official" BMW document on 4/1 on the BMW forums. Not true!

Has the Ibis White RS4 arrived at your lot yet? Interested in checking it out.

I didn't know the M6 is available with a manual; I thought it was for the M5 only.

Default SMG will be gone soon.

The new M3 will launch with MT only, as the DCT (dual clutch tranny) will be out by the time the e90 M3 launches in fall of 2008.

The Steptronic, in my 335i shifts ALMOST as fast the DSGs. I owned a mkV GTI for a few months.

These tranny's have come along way, but I'm certainly not trying to sway the " I need a clutch pedal " types.....

Also, every 335i (with mods, one which walked a resident RS4 owner) MT has lost to the Step tranny 335is in 60' times, at NHRA tracks.
Only two MTs have posted better 1/4 mile times as well.
And both of those were on DRS and the Step is on Street tires, with equal mods.

IT's a great tranny, but still an Auto, yes.

But not to worry, the SMG garbage will be gone soon.
