Eventually, production of every car is stopped but the RS4 will be produced in '08.

Pros:
- great reviews
- sales better than anticipated
- planned 2 year US production run
- new Audi Exclusive options in '08
- etc, etc.

Cons:
- RS4 is as fast as the new halo car, the R8

Default A limited batch of '08 models will be produced, but......
actual production will end by late '07. This was always the plan. No surprise whatsoever.

Default Yeah it will end production like the B5 RS4 did until the B7 came along...then the B8... and so on.
I suppose it's possible they'll skip the B8 if the B9 is only a facelift again like from the B6 to the B7. But they are not saying they'll never make another RS4 ever again.
