How much does it cost? And how long does it stay clean before you have to go back for another cleaning?

It's about $1000 at the dealership here in Toronto. Seems to be required every 25-30k miles or so. however, i suspect there are a number of variables a play here. I've spoken/written to Audi NA and Canada and 0 acknowledgement there's an issue. very disappointing.

does anyone offer the carbon cleaning privately in the Toronto area?

around 1200.00, oil change included as we drained all the oil before start working on the engine and flush with new oil after work is done.
takes two days, could be faster and cheaper but we only use non abrasive chemicals that can damage the delicate cylinder walls.
So far we don't see build up on cars been done at all, keep in mind we use lubro moly engine oil which has proven to slow down the build up to begin with
