Default A couple of questions after 1 week of ownership...

First of all I love the car, I have generally owned M cars and still have a E30 M3....but this car is amazing.

I have read through the forum and the owners manual ( not the whole thing) and I believe I understand the oil change/breakin situation.

Question one, in Southern California ( OC preferably) where is the best place to buy the oil everyone here agrees is the best?

The dealerships themselves including where I bought mine ( Circle) leave much to be desired as far as picking up any Audi items ( looking for the cleaning brush for starters) is there a dealership that actually has more than 4 Audi items in stock/display? BMW has mall like selection in comparison!

I think Audi should have included a utility/guide on SD card music transfer but with the help of the internet finally understand how that works.

Of the 4-6 boards I have looked at I have yet to see anything concrete on the H&R spring issue, while not lif and death for me on this car I would not mind it 1 inch lower...as long as the overall exp. is not drastically effected.

Thanks for any help.

I'm having my oil changed out next week at 1000 miles. Going with Mobil 1 0w40. You can get this almost anywhere, although it might not be kept in stock in large quantities as it is not a frequently used weight.

There are plenty of places to buy loads of Audi stuff...just do a web search.

H&R springs work reasonably well in general, but the reality is that there will never be extensive experience on this car for any mod. It's a very limited production vehicle to begin with and doesn't really *need* modding in any regard, so the number of people who will actually do a given mod is going to be low, at least this early into the car's lifespan.

considering that audi has incorporated the DRC into your suspension system, u will be SOL if your drc craps out.

Ohlins or go home. Piece of mind and infinite adjustablity and outstanding customer service when u r in the Stasis database.
