DRC Replacement
I recently just took my RS4 into the dealer for a full DRC replacement, and I was wondering from those of you who have had this done what to expect. Will my ride be smoother when I get her back? Will I expect to have to do this replacement again 21k miles into the future? Is it worth just removing the DRC altogether in the long run? Thanks for the help

I would think the ride would be just like it was when you first bought it. Although I have Stasis coilovers now I would probably be ok going back to functional DRC's. Unless you plan to track it I think the DRC setup is a great balance of handling and comfort.

My DRC is all original with 34,000 miles and doing great. Sure a $4000 aftermarket suspension would be trick, but I've already paid plenty for what came from the factory and I wouldn't want a firmer sprung vehicle on the terrible roads in the bombed out state of Michigan.

How long ago did this recall come out? If buying a CPO, should I assume this has already been done? Guess I'll have to ask the dealer and hope they tell me the truth.
