217 kW = 291 WHP
If we assume that the dyno was properly calibrated and operated, and we assume the mystical Quattro drive loss of about 24%, when the car is dynoed in 3rd gear, and we adjust for the phase of the moon and counter clockwise rotation of the toilet funnel Down Under, then your engine was making around 383 HP at the crank.
I bet it was a warm day and the intake flap didn't open, and your dyno operator didn't reset the ECUs before the run. If that's the case, make sure that he does exactly the same when your Millteks are installed.

Interesting - one lap car SCR did for Josh had 300 whp if I remember correctly
