this habit of suing for everything and anything sucks really hard. Pretty disgusting as a matter of fact.

I can understand a suit if the DRC was not being covered under the 4 yr/50k warranty

or causes safety issues if the DRC system is failing.

I agree, unify & negotiate first
send the data to magazines
get it out on the web
send a letter to Audi

sue as a last resort...
as of now, Audi seems to be handling this
I'm sure they'd like a fix too, but they must balance economics against customer sentiment...

their best tact may be to fix them as they occur until warranty expires...sucks, but this is how the game is played...

I'd be happy with a 100k extended warranty...
on most cars the shcoks are shot well before that...

it's a moot point for me, I have CPO to 100k/6 yrs (4.5/90k left)
