...and I was given a brand new Q7 4.2L as my service loaner. I thought that was rather odd since (I think) my dealer uses Enterprise Rent-A-Car to provide service loaners.

Well, when I dropped off the loaner to pick up my RS4 they were asking me "so, what did you think", "how did you like it", and "did you show it to your friends"? I suppose that's one way to market a vehicle...

While they changed the oil @5000 miles. They did let me sit in a Q7 in the showroom though...

I was prepared to blast them when Audi did a followup call, but a call never came. Nice Audi customer service :-(
