Default Lapping Lime Rock Park in my RS4

Took the RS to Lime Rock Park last month. Running Centric Posi Quiet Pads & Hankook V12s.

I was running in Intermediate 2 with SCDA. ( The groups are Beginner, Intermediate 1, 2, Advance & Instructor) I'm too fast for Intermediate 1 and too slow for Intermediate 2. Or just basically too slow. lol ;-)

I always have a blast on this track. You can find pictures of the event below.

I currently have 42k, I had my dealer clean the carbon back in April with 39k. I had a considerable amount of buildup. Pics of the mess can be seen Here

Car is bone stock with the exception of a Euro Steering wheel.

Default Hankooks

How did the tires hold up on the track? I'm thinking about the RE-11's that are suppose to be amazing but they are over $300 each. They supposedly get about 8 track days of use though. How many days do you think you'll get out of the Hankooks. Can you post a pic? I stupidly went out with a brand new set of Michelin all weathers and the fronts got destroyed.

The Hankooks are holding up pretty well. I rotated them after the first track day at Pocono, I'll admit I did "cheese grate" them from plowing into the turns, also known as "over driving" at Pocono

These replaced a set Good Year F1 all seasons, which surprisingly had rock hard sidewalls compared to the softer Hankooks. I honestly like the softer sidewalls as it gives a much smoother ride.

Here's a few pics of them after 2 track days.
