already done!

it was so easy, i didn't even have time to sweat, and it's about 105 in my garage right now (midnight CST). next house is going to have an air-conditioned garage....DEFINTELY.

If you knew the history of 0w30 aka GC, you'd realize that there are two versions.

An older version that is crappy and doesn't meet many specs, and a newer version that carries 502.00 503.01 and 505.00

Those oil lists that they compose aren't always right . . . as I mentioned the valvoline 5w30 is a misprint.

BTW, here's a pic of the latest 0w30 Castrol bottle . . .

as you can see, it meets 502.00, 503.01 (extended drain, high performance rating) and 505.00

no, they do not. They specify 5w-40, or 5w.30 or 0w-40 if not available. OEM p/n is 5w-40.
