Better than Castrol. Performs about the same as Elf.

But since you've done quite a bit to your engine, you might want to use a non-502 oil, which might perform better. You don't have much of a warranty left anyway, with all your mods. The following oils come to mind

Redline 5W-40
Amsoil Euro 5W-40
