I live in Massachusetts and we require a front license plate. I was going to do one of the following to give the front end a more finished look with the plate.

Option one:

Paint the center grill plate crossmember Phantom Black to match the car and get an "Audi Sport" plate frame also painted Phanton Black to go over the front plate. I would also get a painted frame to go on the rear plate.

Option two:

Get a custom front grill center crossmember made from carbon fiber and get carbon fiber plate frames front and rear.

I know it's a small detail, but I'm just that kind of person. I've done the paint matching on my past two vehicles and it really adds to the overall look of the car.

Or argue that there is not place for a front plate. Otherwise I suggest option 1.

A bit much. May as well get fur license surround. (Can u make it spin??) Only my oppinion, of course. Go with No. 1 and enjoy the car. Maybe I'm getting the wrong image with the CF stuff.

thought CF may be an option only because the car has CF trim inside and in the engine bay so it would be in keeping with this theme already on the car. Plus CF on black is subtle , especially for a small area like the front plate.
