after 5x to dealer for EPC light/loss of power > 6000 rpms, the time has come. Last week it was in for another week and they flew in a field service specialist and replaced the intake manifold. Problem reoccured yesterday. Basically owned car 3 months, in shop for 1 month!

I have sent a written request to A of A. Would love to work it out without lemon attorney and just want the same car. Supposedly 2 sprint blues are in US in MD and OH and another one is due in on 8-4-08.

Curious to hear others experiences with A of A on lemon buyout and if comp was fair.

I don't know details, but she got to keep the car eventually fixed and she's not paying for the car anymore or paying symbolic price, which she thinks a great deal.

That might be a solution for you if your color is so rare.

outside of what they couldn't control, have you been happy with the service at D.R.? I've had a bit of a run in with the sales team, but my one service to date seemed good. Going back Friday for the 5K service. Is yours still sitting there?

I bought 3 cars there and they have been good experiences. They have gone above and beyond with RS 4, but like you say it is an uncontrollable situation. they have even driven RS 4 to my office and picked up loaner because of my crazy schedule sometimes and not being able to get there at a decent time. No problem with sales or service at all, highly recommended.
