yeah, amazing stuff. Sadly,....
some posters in the thread haven't learned to read. The guy's posting out of Norway, where an RS4 costs USD250k due to taxes, and the cost of petrol is insanely high, making this project unique and feasible (to a point)

Funny you would mention that. I was thinking about it the other day.
I remember someone converting their RS6 sedan into an avant a couple of years ago. Supposedly pretty expensive, but they had used all oem parts and it came out sweet.

It would be A LOT of work, but definitely do-able.
It would be interesting to know how much of sedan would need to be changed...probably a whole lot less than the aforementioned transformation.
It would then be the ONLY RS4 avant in North America...serious bragging rights there
