Once its installed, what are tech things i need to do?

Running in procedure ?

Once run for few days should i take to audi for diagnostics check of air/fuel mix/pressure etc etc(no idea what im talking about but sounds good)

Just have the shop reset your ECU's after the install. If the install is correct and they didn't f-up the O2 sensors, it will just work. If you get a check engine light, then they damaged a sensor.

will a bmw race shop know how to reset Audi ecus?

all they have to do is disconnect the battery, that resets it.
