Several - as Mystro noted, many Co.s now won't sell parts, the exception being to...
....racers/shops who won't be exposing them to "street use" liabilities. Kinda defeats most of the purpose of the design.
It's been years since I've had to do any, and before we became such a pansy-*** litigious society. Outside of that comment, the process isn't difficult, requiring nothing more than correct tools, parts, attention to detail, and common sense (cue the entrance of the lawyers to save us all from ourselves).
Depending on the make (BBS, Fikse, Ronal, OZ, etc.), you may have to go through a race shop, and I would suggest having them do the replacement if you don't have much mechanical experience. Otherwise, you might send it in to the Mfr. or Distributor so they can do it, assuming they're even mildly competent. It ain't Rocket Science.
