Default BIG PROBLEM!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!! TIA

I just received 19*8 SSR Comp-Hs with Bridgestone Potenza Pole Position tires that I ordered from TireRack. The wheels and tires look AMAZING. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. BUT...

THEY ARE RUBBING!!! It's mostly on the front driver side, but also on the front passenger side. I am not a large person, so its not me. I do have H&R Sport Springs on my car, but from what I've seen on most "lowered" cars, this modest modification shouldn't be the cause of this.

Does anyone know why this could be happening? Any solutions to fix it?

I thought that when you bought tires from the TireRack they were more or less guaranteed to fit (w/o rubbing). My first choice were BBS RGR 19*8.5 and have NO IDEA how those would have fit.

Please help me. I loved the simple H&R springs and the improved feel they gave before the wheel upgrade, but do they have to come off now?

(ahh I'm rambling now because I'm so frustrated)

Wouldn't that push it out further into the wheel well?

Default its most likely the bolt at the top of the fender which holds the fender lining...

Many here have complained about that being the culprit. I've got a neg camber adjusted alignment and have zero issues and i'm running kdubs (which are fatter)w/the same springs. However, if i didnt, i'm sure i'd rub under hard turns too.

Default I'm rubbing on things as small as imperfections on the road (not potholes) ....

From what I can tell I think you are right. It is that bolt, but like you said you are running the same springs with a fatter tire and think you would only experience rubbing on hard turns.

Forgive me if this is a ignorant statement, since I have don't normally do suspension upgrades on my cars, but do you have to buy camber equipment, or is it simply something that can be done through an alignment?

Could I have a faulty spring since its only the front driver side that rubs the most often (probably 12 times on a 2mi drive). The passenger side has rubbed twice (on the 2mi drive).

Default Can't help you but please post some pics!

I've been thinking about this combo (w/ different tires) but can't find any good pics of the 19x8 wheels installed on a b6 S4. It's interesting that tire rack recommends a 245/35/19 tire with this wheel. Would have thought the correct size would be 235/35/19.
