I do the XP8's on the F for all occasions. A bit noisy sometimes.

Default I have had them for 1.5 years. Great stopping, very low dust. Only the occasional squeak.
Use proper bed-in procedure and you should be able to avoid squeak. Oatzel's experience is rare. On the occasions when a squeak has started to develop I simply go through the bed-in procedure again and they are once again silent (maybe three times in 1.5 years). Love them.
