Any problem with clearances after the powder coat?

I am thinking about doing the same but was worried that the thickness of the powder coat would make it tough putting the piston etc back. Did you have to sand it down or anything?

I opted not to do the piston housing...

The caliper is actually 2 pieces. 4 torx bolts hold the caliper and the piston housing together.

Dam, jealous. I really like the job you did on your valve covers too. How much time did the callipers take? Do you have your own oven just for powerder coating?
