Default That happened to mine. I was able to pull it up by hand while operating the switch

Required quite a bit of fiddling to finally get it up though.

The Audi dealer was able to fix it within a couple of hours of it happening. Something had broken in the regulator.

Try fiddling with the switch. it may come up a bit. if it does, hit the switch and pull it up. dont let it go down again. It will eventually work to get it up. The regulator needs to be replaced. it happened to three of mine.

Default Also sound like there's sand in the track?

Window regulator; costs about 300-400 unless under warranty...

Default This just happenned today as well! :(

Thankfully I'm still under warranty. I was able to get the wind back up in little increments by fiddling with the switch. Going to leave it up until I can get it into the dealer for the 35k mi service.

If out of warranty, don't go dealer. Go indy shop.
