HELP! Funny noise identification. (kinda long)
The weekend before Thanksgiving, I was up in Reno and it was colder than I'd ever had my car in before. After it sat parked outside in 30°F weather for hours, I started it up and it made a funny noise. I figured it was just a "really cold engine" noise. But, it hasn't gone away and it's even gotten worse.
Opening the hood doesn't make it much easier to pinpoint, but, getting close the ground near the front driver-side tire is when one can hear it best. It sounds like a humming noise and it's only noticible while idling or below about 10MPH. While idling, I can even feel it slightly in the pedals.
Anyone heard of this before? Also, if I take this to my dealer, do you think they'll give me crap for having the Hyperflow?

No. I haven't. But ...
I'm no car expert, but that could possibly cause the funny noise? I sure hope I haven't lost PS fluid in only ~5 months!
