Default I don't knnow how to do heel & toe yet, but s4pat said it's easier cuz

the gas pedal is raised.

Default Yes, but just a little easier

The gas pedal is raised by the thickness of the pedal cover, but then pretty much so is the brake. The gas pedal is slightly longer and wider, though, and that's what helps the most in my opinion. It's still not the easiest car I've owned to heel and toe.

Default Shoe size is everything :)

Size 10 1/2 EEEE

One of the interesting twists with this car is a somewhat "adaptive" braking pedal. It actually sinks way low when you are pounding it out on the track and heel/toe is actually quite easy. When you start to leave the track at the end of the day, the pedal feels almost ridiculously low to the floor at the point of engagement and then as you drive normally, it will come back up.

This startled me the first time I took it out on the track, but I have come to expect that this is how it works now and have found that the engagament point seems to have adapted to my driving style and heel/toe is quite trivial.....

Default brake is not raised.....after you remove the stock cover and bolt on the aftermarket cover, it is

about the same. add the height of the gas pedal cover and you have less distance. plus, the autovation pedal covers for the go pedal is wider at the bottom, as you mentioned.

Default

FWIW: size 91/2 and have no trouble w/ heel/toe and I agree 100% that the break is "adaptive"

Default I wish we had some documentation on how this system adapts like it does.

It seems to have a lot in common with the throttle adaptations where it keeps track of how you are using it and adjusts to match.

I am not complaining about the results - it's a very easy system to work with once it is broken in to your driving style. I am just one of those individuals who wants to know how it works and won't be completely happy until I do

For those of you following along, try being a little abusive in how you stomp on the brakes and you will find that the brake pedal engagement point will sink down a little to ease your pain with heel/toe coordination.

Default Yup - go beat on the brakes on a track day (after you break the engine in) and you will discover a

very different car underneath the covers.
