Holy sheep sh*t----is that right?

Either I'm getting significantly better mileage around town than I thought (which I suppose is not "impossible"), or my gauge is friggin' WAY off.
Just did some running around town, had to go to Home Depot to get a few things, came back and saw this on the dash screen. Couldn't believe it. No downhills, no long coastings, nothing--just regualr around town driving; I even got on it a few times!
I know my B5 A4 Avant with a PES G2 got actually decent mileage on the freeway, like 26 or 28 sometimes. But sheesh--this seems a bit idealistic, if not flat-out wrong.
Anybody else run into this?

They both are averages. One is for the current driving activity...
and averages the drive you are currently making. It doesn't remember or account for anything other than the drive you are currently making, although if you drove the car less than two hours earlier, it will be including that earlier drive in the calculations as well.
The other is the long term average going back to whenever you reset the system. Can be 1 hour ago or 1 year ago.
I forget which is which, 1 and 2.

I see we run the same wheels, too. I still love 'em, although I would love to have a set of 19" BBS CH's as well.
